Terms of Service and Customer Agreement

Please review the standard terms governing service dispatch, project estimates, on-site diagnostics, and system repairs in Central Florida.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting emergency HVAC dispatch, scheduling routine seasonal maintenance, or approving a clear project estimate with Altamonte Springs HVAC Solutions, you agree to be bound by these standard Terms of Service and all applicable municipal, state, and federal laws.

2. Service Dispatch and On-Site Diagnostic Assessments

When you schedule an appointment with our local dispatch desk, an experienced technician is assigned to evaluate your residential or light commercial heating and cooling equipment. A diagnostic assessment fee covers the technician's travel, physical inspection, electrical resistance testing, and refrigeration pressure analysis.

Upon completing the diagnostic assessment, the technician will present an itemized, clear project estimate outlining necessary replacement components, labor, and anticipated testing. No repair work will commence without the explicit written or verbal authorization of the property owner or designated representative.

3. Clear Project Estimates and Pricing Disclaimers

Estimates provided over the telephone or via digital forms prior to an on-site inspection are strictly for preliminary budgeting purposes only. Actual repair or replacement investments depend entirely upon verified on-site mechanical conditions, equipment access, ductwork integrity, electrical panel capacity, and manufacturer equipment availability.

Once an on-site inspection is completed and a formal written project estimate is authorized, the approved price remains firm for the specified scope of work. Any additional repairs discovered during the execution of work (such as concealed electrical corrosion or compromised secondary drain pans) will be documented and presented in a supplemental estimate for customer approval before proceeding.

4. Property Access and Safety Requirements

To ensure the safety of our technicians and your household, property owners must ensure:

  • An authorized adult representative over eighteen years of age is on site during the entire service appointment.
  • Domestic pets are safely secured away from indoor air handler closets, attics, and outdoor condensing equipment.
  • Pathways leading to attic access ladders, utility closets, and outdoor condenser pads are clear of personal property and biological hazards.

5. Warranties and Replacement Components

Replacement parts installed by our technicians carry standard manufacturer warranties against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer (typically ranging from one to ten years depending on whether equipment is registered). Our technician will provide specific warranty documentation upon project completion.

6. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and Seminole County. If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

For inquiries regarding these terms, contact our dispatch office at (407) 604-4209 or via mail at 275 E Altamonte Dr, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701.
